The American Reset

The U.S. coach took a moment recenter the focus for us all. He reminded the media and the fans of our current location. Despite the dramatic L we took in supurb fashion in front of the world, we are ahead of schedule. The business of the group phase had been handled.  The challenge of the Knockout round was the next hurdle, and out some respect on my team name.

This U.S. team deserves to be celebrated. The group stage results while appreciated, they were not the expectations. The U.S. has left alot to be desired over the past few cycles. It's safe to say no one had this elite vision in mind when it came to America's team. Yet here we are with home field advantage and a bunch of young gladiators knocking at the door. The American exit is no longer a far gone conclusion. The American entrance into the world of lofty expectations is upon us. 

Coach had to let us know, the goal was to get out of the group phase. Not only did we get out, we won the group in a dominate fashion. It's like coach is walking us through how to be proper fans. It's levels to this sh#@! and the U.S. has leveled up. Now its back to work on the next level is the message I got from Coachs press conference.  He seems to have a quiet confidence in his team and this countries soccer program. Can this team meet the fandoms moment?

The fandom is ready for an monumental moment. The Knockout round awaits. America's young gladiators are about to enter the arena.  Will this be another chapter in the story or is this the end of the story? The fandom expects another chapter in this story, and that reflects a new era in American soccer. America Onward!
