Can the New England Revolution upset the Houston Dynamo?
The MLS season is midway through its schedule, and the Houston Dynamo are beginning to make a strong playoff push.
After a dominant 2-0 victory against Sporting KC, the Dynamo are now in a prime position to take fourth place in the Western Conference. With their current record, the Dynamo have kept their lead over Dallas F.C. and Real Salt Lake to keep their playoff dreams alive.
The Dynamo's next matchup is against the New England Revolution, who look to be one of the best teams out of the Eastern Conference. The Revolution are currently in third place in the East, but recently tied against a losing CF Montréal team.
If the Revolution really are one of the best teams to come from the East, can they take down the Dynamo in Foxborough?

The Revolution are a scary team to face off against, especially when your team is attempting to get higher in the conference standings. The Revolution have an amazing time with possession and have the manpower to keep the ball in their hands.
One of the best players on their roster is midfielder Carles Gil, who scored a penalty against Montréal in the Revolution's previous game. When it comes to the defense, Gil is one of the better midfielders on the roster, and one player that many strikers should worry about.
The Revolution also have a great striker in Dor Turgeman, with his recent performance against Montréal allowing him to score early in the game. The Dynamo defense will have to hold on against their quick playstyle.
The one thing that the Revolution don't have is stamina, as they tend to score a lot of their goals too early against their opponents and slow down later in the game. The Dynamo could use that to their advantage, as Houston tends to be the most competitive near the end of the match.
Thankfully, Houston has Guilherme on their roster, with the Brazilian native being one of the strongest midfielders on the Dynamo. Guilherme could be the biggest key to success against the Revolution if the defense holds against Turgeman.
If Houston wants to win this match, they will have to be able to play a lot of their defense early. With their 4-1-4-1 lineup against Kansas City, their defense was impenetrable, but the Revolution could prove difficult to keep at a distance if the Dynamo defense can't hold up.
