The Houston Texans have activated running back, D’Onta Foreman from Injury Reserve/PUP . One of the most important things Foreman was taking advantage of, was training and putting in reps before he was approved to hit the practice field. It will be very exciting to see Foreman hit the field again before the regular season is completed.

Last season, D’Onta totaled 327yrds, average 4.2yrds a carry and scored 2 touchdowns with 6 receptions. When asked how it feels on being activated, this is what he told us on Wednesday….

“Its Very Special, its basically what I been working for all year”, “Its been a tough injury, a lot of up and down days but, I was able to get back to this point”

This past summer D’onta Foreman was training with local trainer, Justin Allen of All-En Sports Performance. His main focus right now, is going to work and having great practice sessions.

The fact that he feels good and was preparing and building his confidence back with his speed and agility, says that he is ready to pick up right where he left off before the injury. O'Brien says that he can definitely win games for the team.

The Texans have been running the ball great lately and with Foreman activated back in the rotation, Im hoping to see him back on the field and exploding on yardage in the last few games of the season leading into the playoffs.
