Thats right, it's that time of year again. When all is right
in the Houston Football world, because those bulls off Kriby (shoutout Larry in
Stafford) are back in action. Hope and belief is at its peak and this go around
we have a new offensive scheme. Boys are fired up and ready for some action. First
stop is a quick west coast homecoming for our Star QB.
CJ homecoming is the biggest nonstory about this week. His
OL will be the biggest story of this season. They will be the biggest
indicator of success for this Team as a whole. The OL moves this off-season went
against the grain of what many thought was necessary. Time will tell who had it
right. For me, its simple. I trust Demeco.
For as many questions there are about the OL, there are just as many about the new scheme. I think the new scheme is the biggest game changer for the Texans. What i have seen in preseason has me believing in the new offense. The ability to scheme yards out of every play is what I have seen. Combining that ability with the athletes the Texans have is a dangerous combination and one i don't think the league is ready for. Most talk about the Texans like a team on the rise.
Soon they will see the Texans have risen and are not laying back down for anyone. Turn up like it go for these Texans. This could very well be one of the best rides of Houston Football Fandom history. There's no doubt this is the most complete team the Texans have had, including coaching and front office wise. The city is due for some additional joy and that Dirty Third
Herd in NRG is ready to ball out. I'm picking the Texans to
win in a lite work fashion. With the defense establishing themselves as the
head of the Dirty Third Herd!
